How the licence works
1. Free trial
7 days, every add-on on, no card needed to look around.
2. Paid
Paid until a date. A banner warns you when 7 days or fewer are left.
3. If it ends
People see a page saying the licence has ended and nothing else opens. Nothing is deleted. Renew and everyone is straight back in.
What happens if we grow beyond our size?
Adding people beyond the paid size is refused with a clear message, so you are never billed by surprise. Move up a tier when you need to.
Can we run our own team without a ticket system?
Yes. The built-in ticket tracker add-on gives you epics, features, bugs, tasks, a board and sprints. If you already use Azure DevOps, you do not need it.
Who manages the licence?
The organisation owner sees licence status, seats used and the teams that share them, and can add teams and people themselves.
